The portfolio includes 4 grocery anchored properties with a total GLA of approx. 21,000 sq m.

The transaction of first two properties – Vironia Centre in Kohtla-Järve with a GLA of approx. 10,000 sq m and Raadi Centre in Tartu with a GLA of approx. 3,100 sq m – was successfully closed in March 2022. The remaining two properties – Ahtme Centre in Ahtme with a GLA of approx. 3,300 sq m and Rappeli Centre in Rapla with a GLA of approx. 4,600 sq m – arrived to closing in June 2022.
