The Property, strategically located in a well-regarded area known for industrial buildings in Tartu on Vaksali 61, boasts a total GBA of 4,511 sq m.
International Aluminium Casting Sweden (IAC), a Swedish company with operations both in Sweden and in Estonia, is a renowned sub-contracting aluminium foundry and a global supplier of aluminium components. As part of the transaction, IAC has signed a long-term lease contract, reaffirming their commitment to the facility.
The buyer, Reterra Estate, will also undertake the construction of an extension, further enhancing the facility’s capabilities. The planned extension is projected to be approximately 4,609 sq m.
