Transaction Advisory
Transaction advisory team provides specialized advice on all commercial real estate asset classes, including offices, retail, industrial, hotels etc.
Our team is ready to assist you in both sell-side or buy-side advisory as well as creating a strategic plan to any of your investment decisions.
SUPPA is providing full scale advisory service by managing all phases of the process, including production of marketing material, marketing, preliminary discussions with banks, communication with investors, organization of property visits, organization of data room, assistance in negotiations and closing of the transactions.
Property Management
SUPPA team has proven track record from property and asset management, including managing EUR 100+m portfolio of 6 properties in Latvia and Estonia on behalf of Catella Real Estate AG (Germany) in 2008 – 2018, following with a successful disposal of the portfolio. Since 2011 SUPPA team is managing EUR 50m portfolio on behalf of CA Fastigheter (Sweden) in Estonia. Track record from several development project management assignments in Latvia and Estonia, such as strategic planning for extension and refurbishment of Domina shopping centre or running the redevelopment of old Soviet Post Office building into modern flagship shopping center in city center of Tallinn.
Forestland and agriculture land
The forestland arm is operated under the brand FORESTARII, being a leading forestland and agriculture land transaction adviser in the Baltics. FORESTARII has transaction experience in Latvia as lead adviser with over 45,000 ha during the last 5 years.
FORESTARII has an extensive experience in transaction advisory in the Baltics, Nordics and internationally. FORESTARII is also actively providing advice to the industry leading companies in agriculture and forestry in the fields of valuation, financing and capital rising, thus possessing the most recent and valuable market insights and expertise.
During the last 8 years, FORESTARII team has screened more than 50 timberland and agriculture land investment opportunities across the Baltic states. In 2014 - 2016 FORESTARII advisory team conducted largest investment transactions in the Baltic market, and Latvia in particular, as lead adviser and attracted new investors to the market for over 30,000 ha and EUR 50m.
